What a painful day of MehRya life.
As soon they got married Shaurya hospitalized 😭 no donor they got so Mehak decided herself donate kidney to him. 😳 so much love for him she didn't think twice.

Now Mehak is pregnant but Shaurya away from her. He would be so happy to here the news. 😛
