I opine that this proposal is necessary since the clouds are gone, the sky is clear . But marriage !!! Shaurya has an enormous emotional baggage, the burden of which Mahek needs to share. I don't think as a character she is strong enough to do that at the moment.
Also, as I have mentioned yesterday night, every relationship is based on 4 pillars - love, trust, respect & understanding. Only love, irrespective of how intense and passionate it is, is not enough for the survival of a relationship. Honestly, one of the major differences between an arranged & a love marriage is that post marriage, for the former people build the relationship itself from the scratch, while for the latter certain expectations are already set since the foundation has already been laid during courtship. So, building the other pillars post marriage from scratch is not an option for a love marriage. Added to this is Mahek's fears regarding Shaurya's fickleminded nature. A recipe for certain disaster. Thus, I can only hope that the writers concentrate on these aspects now.
I know too much gyaan 😔!!! But free ka hai 😆... And I am humble enough to apologize 😆
@bold- Agree,
MehRya still have issues regarding trust & understanding..
Trust is like an eraser it gets smaller and smaller after every mistake (sorry for using the same quote😆but it fits to MehRya situation) getting/ building trust takes time, especially after bitter betrayal,now ,can be won over with genuine actions.
Understanding - MehRya are at different levels, for Shaurya Mehak is the one that matters,for Mehak getting 100% approval of people she loves matter.
So yes,until these issues are resolved with maturity, the ugly head of some major MU will always crop up between MehRya,with negative consequences, which will effect their relation & their equation with people around them.
