How to increse the FORUM RANK..

I thought to share about the ways which can help us to increase our show's rank on IF. Actually I searched n gathered info and sharing here since we need it it the most at this moment to gain our position back n to climb up more

Forum ranking not only depends on chaska meter but also on forum activities for that particular week, buzz points, i.e. comments on articles and how many posts are turning pink in a week. I guess someone posted some tips also on how to increase forum rank, do check them and also you can make new topics about the episode each day and turn it pink as soon as possible. A new topic gets pink when it completed 250 views or 25 replies. Lockup threads can be resumed again for chatting😆

Hi,

Well first of all Chaska Meter is not counting the Google + or Facebook Likes. Its just a way for our members to promote the site to others.

What we factor in our ranking algorithm is:

a) Unique Visitors on that particular forum / shows.
b) Activity on the Forum (including the Average Views and Responses per Topic.)
c) Chaska Meter Rating by members is counted but is just one of the factors.
d) Members subscribed to each Show.
e) Buzz factor and the response it recieves.

We would soon be publishing more details with each Chaska Meter Ranking chart like we do for TV Celebrity Rankings.

So that's how it works.

There are,

Buzz points - which depends on the comments posted under the Articles and videos related to the show on the forum

Ratings - Number of times n numbes of members hit the chaskameter matters here. We can hit the chaska meter every time we log in or open the forum. Its easy for desktop users but on mobile it doesn't appear u have to click on "show more" then u can see it n click on "5" which means "freaking awesome" . Its not a lie our show is def freaking awesome.

Views & Activity - We need to increase the activity in our forum by opening show related new topics n give the contribution by actively participitaing to them. Here comes one more important thing n that is the views each topic gets. Means blue icons n red icons. When a topic hits more than 250 views it becomes red n the number of red topics is one key point that helps to increase the forum rank

Followers - This is very veryy important and when we compare n check our points its obvious that it lacks there. Followers are those who have suscribed ZINDAGI KI MAHEK as "my forum". When we open the ZKM forum we can see a drop box there near the inbox, Scraps, slambook, testimonials placed on the ash color bar. Near inbox u can see "my forums" there is a star there n what u need to do is just CLICK that Star n become a ZKM follower.

This is veryyy effective. It will increase the rank without any doubt. Com'on Mehrians let's do it. 🥳

For the celebrity Rankings - To increase them just join the fan clubs of Karn's n Samiksha's n comment on their profile as much as possible. At ur free time of cs.

Thank you for doing this . this is exactly what was required . I think we have a lot of activity on the forum but we members do not understand the workings of forum and hence this forum lags behind .
