So I know this thread is for mostly old KarShi but I gotta see I really liked the scene where Kartik steps into save his daughter from being hurt when she's arguing with the guy who hit Kartik.

Also, Kartik & Khushi fighting at home when he calls her Khadoos was a cute scene.
I like how Kartik expresses his concerns for Khushi while talking to Survi's photo.
These scenes are really sweet. I hope as Abeer moves into chawl, we get some more focus on KarShi scenes as well.

Feel free to share the new KarShi scenes too. As I have said before, I love onscreen father/daughter duos that seem so natural onscreen. Younger KarShi really set the bar high... it is nice to hear that the new KarShi is trying to keep up.

I doubt they will have much KarShi, especially with the addition of Abhi and his planned romance with Kushi. They want higher trps, and they will try their best to push that as much as they can. Again, if only they had spent 2 or 3 episodes at the very least showing Ankush and Harbandana as karshi after Suvi's death... maybe the transition would've been bearable for people such as me who have grown so attached to young KarShi... And... I hate to say this... if they had cast someone else as Kushi... it may have been easier as well... Sonal is a great actress, and she deserves to explore different characters... but for me... I can't separate her from Survi... or KarVi/SonKush... well... not this soon...

Seeing Sonal without Ankush is just too painful of a reminder of what KarVi could've been 😭
Which is why... I can't get myself to watch the new YVR 🥺 Without my fav pair... I won't be able to look past the creative errors and lack of research going into the screenplay...😆

I will always have a soft corner for our KarShi 😳

I watched the episode of Kushi's birth, it was one of the best. But, I was very disappointed how all the secondary characters just stood idol and congratulated the new parents... and the kidnapper was able to easily kidnap kushi... They should've had Srikant or Hema intervene... it would have given those characters more room to perform and would have given us more screen time with baby kushi and her parents... The writers could have seriously extended this story line and given us more of KarShi/KarViShi with Kushi being a baby...
Taayi's over the top schemes and the some of the rushed tracks worked against YVR... I understand the rush in tracks such as the one with Meher... but with KarVi- their initial days, before their marriage, their initial married days, Survi's pregnancy, Kushi's baby days... all of these stages, if it had been stretched out could have made for an opportunity to develop the characters and their relationships 🤓

I miss our KarShi too much... they were the sweetest... especially the older days, before the entrance of Ichcha 😭

Agree with everything in bold.YVR had everything,a nice story, nice cast.
I had never seen YVR's pace as being too much of an irritant but now that I look back,if only they had taken it a little slow, focussed on Karvi a little more with less of Tai,done away with the extreme, unrelenting violence Tai resorted to,stopped making the supporting characters disappear & rather focussed on their character development, integrated them well in the Karvi-Tai equation, showed a little bit more about someone or something other than Barves like Kartik's workplace maybe or Survi's studies even,I believe the show would have been way more popular than it already is & it would still be appreciated & the channel wouldn't have had to go for this revamp they went for
I remember how people mentioned about the 7 year leap bringing a breath of fresh air & that watching Karvishi was quite enjoyable & it showed when the TRPs kept climbing consistenly.BUt then the makers failed to take the cue & in came Tai's murderious plans. And so the TRPs started dropping again to never recover no matter what they tried afterwards

Quite many people have complained about the pace, about too much of Tai & most of all about too much of negativity & violence in the show.If only the makers had taken note of it,maybe we wouldn't have had to see Karvi meeting with such a fate

She definitely has Luxmi.Agree to that. She is really talented
I remember the scenes in which Kartik was in the hospital or in the last episode when Survi is dying, the way she cried,my mom remarked how she was emoting like she could see her parents meeting with the same fate. She made it all so real.Harbandana is very good
Also have to say the casting director of YVR did a really good job.Finding all the perfect people for their roles.Everyone seeemd to have been cut out for the role.Very good job indeed

Yes, I watched the last episode of YVR1 just to see KarShi, and they both did a terrific job, especially Kushi. I just wish there were more scenes of KarShi. The scene where they were feeding each other was heartbreaking, but very adorable.
