Chapter 4:-
Finally , time for surprise no. 1 !!
"Vishambhar , abir sahi keh raha hai , meenu ka gussa thanda ho jayega , tum log ruk jao , abir ki baat sun lo "
"Theek hai ....bapuji "
"Okay cool , toh main bataun surprise kya hai ?"
"Okay so 1 ....2......3 ....." abir sees meenu coming down the stairs with her packed suitcase......."maaaaaa"
Meenu walks in with a suitcase straight walking towards the main door " meenu ruk jaa kahan jaa rahi hai ?" asks a very concerned naanu, others are worried too but too numb to speak anything.
"Is ghar mein mujhpe yeh ilzaam laga hai ki main Meenakshi rajvansh sabko jeete ji maar daal ti hum, apni icchayon ke isliye sabka upyog karti hun , mujhe afsos hai is baat ka kisine mujhe samajh ne ki koshish nahi ki ke main jo bhi karti hun , parivaar ke liye karti hun, unki khushi ke liye karti hun , koi samjhe na samjhe lekin maa ambe mera sach jaanti hai aur main unhi ke pass jaa rahi hun " ...says meenu who starts off with a firm tone but adds emotional touch later on to blackmail people again.
"Nahi nahi nahi nahi nahi ....benbaaaaa" nidhi starts crying holding benba's hand " aap itni jaldi ambe maa ke ghar nahi jaa sakti ....abhi aapki umar hi kitni hui hai ... .aap phir se suicide karne jaa rahi hai ...woh bhi is bag ke saath ...yeh bag kunal leke aaya tha London se...ekdum submissive.... "
"Submissive nahi maari vali woh exclusive hota hai "
"haan haan husband same same ...dif...."
"Ccchhhuuupppppp" meenu shouts giving 440 volt ka jhatka to nidhi " tumhari itni achi kismat nahi hai ki main upar chali jaun .....main ambedham jaa rahi hun , maa ambe ke mandir mein rehne....ghar ki sewa ki itne saal lekin gharwalon se toh mujhe dhokha hi mila ab apni baaki ki zindagi main maa ambe ki sewa mein lagaungi...aur koi mujhe rokne ki koshish nahi karega " .....saying so she starts leaving "ruk jaa meenu " hearing naanu's words she stops hoping that her plan is successful.
"Tu jo kar rahi hai voh sahi hai ya galat yeh main nahi keh sakta hai , lekin mujhe is baat ki khushi hai ki chahe hamare saath tere kaise bhi rishtey ho , tera ambe maa ke saath bada pavitra rishta hai " abir looks here and there doesn't know whether to laugh or cry at naanu's words " mujhe aisa lagta hai ki hum sab tere saamne aaj chote padh gaye, tujhe samajh nahi paaye, ho sakta jo hum nahi samjha paaye voh ambe maa samjha de .....ya phir aisa bhi ho sakta hai ki maa ambe tujhe hume samjhane ka tareeka dikha de ....hmmmmm"
Meenu didn't expect her Bapuji to be so straight forward " aap mujhe ghar se jaane ko keh rahe hai ? sabse dur hone ko keh rahe hai ?"
"kabhi kabhi duriyon ke raaste nazdikiyon ki manzil tak le jaate hai , mujhe sach mein lagta hai tujhe vacation ki zaroorat hai , thode aaraam ki zarurat hai, itne saalon se hum sab ke liye bhaag daud kar rahi hai , ab apne liye waqt nikalne ki zarurat hai , saari fikr aur zimmedaari chod ke dil se ambe maa ka chintan karna, mujhe vishvas hai ambe maa tere sawalon ka jawab zarur degi" saying so Bapuji places his hand on meenu's head to give blessings " mujhe vishvas hai maa ambe meri vo beti mujhe degi jisne saalon pehle is ghar ki zimmedaari li thi "
"aur main chahti hun ki maa ambe mujhe mere Bapuji vapas de jo hamesha mera saath dete the " saying so she decides to leave, she already sensed that Bapuji is not giving in to her demands neither the family members are speaking anything in her support, they all are just quiet...she proceeds towards the main door and looks back again " Maine is parivaar ko zindagi di hai , kunal aur parul ko jeene ki wajah di hai , is parivaar ko Maine abir diya hai , har musibat se sabko bacha ke rakha aage bhi rakhungi aur ab main tabhi lotungi jab yeh parivaar mere liye bhi kuch karne ko raazi hoga" she wipes her tears and proceeds towards the main gate. They want to say something to stop meenu but since naanu has already taken the lead her, they all are quiet and let these father daughter take the centre stage as of now.
Others follow her and stop at the verandah....all shocked unable to believe that meenu is actually leaving, mishti goes to stop her but abir helds her hand signalling her to remain quiet, kunal does the same but is silently stopped by naanu. Meenu looks back one last time before sitting in the car , expecting someone will stop, others are anticipating her move , will she stop or will she go .. there is an awkward silence in the atmosphere and finally meenu knows she gotta chew up her words now , she sits in the car and orders the driver to proceed while others look on astonished.
Meenu has a very furious expression in the car, anger in the eyes enough to kill anyone " Mishti.......ek ke baad ek sabko mere khilaaf kiya tumne....mere parivaar se mujhe hi dur kiya ....wapas toh main aungi aur is baar mere parivvar ko tumse bachane....bapuji sahi keh rahe the , kuch din shanti mein theek se sochne ka mauka milega mujhe ......." she calls up laxman " laxman , main bol rahi hun , Meenakshi rajvansh " ...
"Madam naam bolne ki zarurat nahi hai, aapke tone se pata chal jaata hai aap kaun hai "
"Chuppp ! zyada chappad chappad mat karo ...main ambedham jaa rahi hun kuchh dino ke liye , tum sab pe nazar rakhna aur mujhe pal pal ki khabar chahie ki kaun kya kar raha hai ...aur haan us nayi ladki ke baare mein patao kya hai yeh kissme" listening the word driver puts an emergency brake in shock ..." theek se gaadi chalao andhe ho kya .." ....." pehle mishti phir kuhu ab yeh Kishmish, sab ek se badhkar ek aafat mere ki khaandaan mein aani thi ...." ........

its been whole five minutes since meenu left they all are speechless , eyes fixed at the main gate wondering is she coming back or has she already left...nidhi is actually a bit happy than sad , she looks around to see if anyone else also feels the same but couldn't guess from their expressions, all the while she keeps her mouth wide open
"Maari vaali muh bandh kar le , makhhi ghus jayegi"
"Benbaaaa...benba chali gayi...hum sab ko chod ke ....aisa kaise ....main Sapna toh nahi dekh rahi "
"Haan maani #unbelievable.....like maa ghar chod ke chali gayi ....maa ghar choddddd ke chali gayi " ...kuhu tries to be over dramatic which really irritated kunal
"Kuhu as interesting and exciting as it may sound, lekin maa wapas ayegi "
" kunal toh maine kab kahan wapas nahi ayegi tum mujhe kyun suna rahe ho ?"
"Forget it "
" Vaise kuch bhi ho .....kishmish ke kadam bade shubh hai is ghar mein....voh aayi aur benba gayi " ...maami just realised what she said in excitement " mmmm mera matlab hai benba ko laga ki unko ambe maa ka chintan karna chahie dhyan se .....yeh toh achi baat hui na Bapuji..Haha haha "
"Maine kabhi nahi socha tha ki maaaaa ka udd chala moment bhi ayega kabhi , wow ...I mean how ...how ....2020 sach mein bada interesting year hai , badi ajeeb news se bhari"
"Seriously bhai yeh aap keh rahe ho , maa ke jaane ki news kaisi thi aapke liye ?"
" arey of course bad news hai na nanko, tu hum pe shaq kar raha hai ? tujhe lagta hai hum khush ho rahe hai ?"
"Nahi nahi aap log toh aansu ki nadiyaan baha rahe ho I can see"
"Tu chinta mat kar , kuchh dino mein big Ben khud vapas aa jayegi" abir has already sensed that his mom is just playing around yet again.
"Oh really , jahan tak main maa ko jaanta hun woh wapas nahi ayegi "
"Aaaa jayegi "
"Aur nahi aayi toh ....?"
"Toh hum sab milke use wapas leke ayenge na nanko ...just chilllllll bro" naanu and abir both speak together and exchange a smiling look.
"Mujhe lagta hai kunal sahi keh raha hai , maa khud se wapas nahi ayegi, I think Hume jaana chahie"
" Mishti beta tu chinta mat kar , meenu meri zimmedaari hai , tum oldies apni bachi kuchi life enjoy karo , let the youngster do his job bro" mishti couldn't help but laugh at this sentence and the same time she feels a little relieved seeing naanu being very firm at the moment.
"Bapuji sach mein , bohot acha laga aap wapas aa gaye , hum sach mein sab dishahinn ho gaye the , aapke aane se aisa lagta hai sab theek ho jayega , parivaar ko ek sahi mukhiya kitni zarurat hoti hai , shukriya bapuji" says BP
"Vishambhar ....get out !"

"Ek hi sentence main mujhe Bapuji kahan aur thank you bhi kahan, upar se mujhe senior citizen keh rahe ho , insult main bardasht nahi karunga, so please leave ...." they all can't help but laugh again
"Ji ab hume chalna chahie "
"Haan"
"Badi ma mera surprise...."
"Abhi abhi Meenakshi ji gayi hai mujhe nahi lagta ke aaj ke din hume ......"
"please please already bohot delay ho gayi hai aaj ke aaj kuchh chizon ka hona important hai please"....
"Haan haan abir keh raha hai toh ruk jao ..vaise bhi meenu ka gussa itna jaldi thanda nahi hoga .....usne break liya hai hum uski wajah se ruk nahi sakte....yeh gadhedo bhi 20 baar ghar chod ke gaya hai ....hum toh iske peeche bhi chill karte the , party karte the hai na koslu kunal jugnu ?"
"Yes Bapuji"
"Of course naanu "
"Kyaaaaa jugnu tu bhi party karta tha mere peeche "

"gadhedo tu chup hi reh " ....series of laughter again
so they enter the house again and finally its time for the 1st surprise to be revealed

Koslu cuts in " abir ab speech rehne direct surprise pe aaa "
"You are right maamu ....actually yeh speech hi unlucky thi....main apne lucky charm se shuru karta hun...mishti "
He makes her stand against the crowd in the centre and goes back to stand with the crowd " hummmmm ab perfect hai , meri life mein sab acha hota hai jab uske centre stage pe mishti hoti hai " mishti just blushes a bit and today she sensed that abir is in one awesome mood.
"Okay ready mishti, 1 ....2.....3......jugnu leke aa jaldi " jugnu comes with a box type thing which is actually covered with a blue cloth and no is able to guess what is it ....abir removes the cloth and it happens to be a big house which has "Mishbir house" written in the centre ....its the same kuhu which mishku bought to mahs house few days back but left it , it was useless anyway and abir decided to renovate it to another level. It had two tiny dolls , a male one and a female one sitting on garden chairs and having coffee , this thing only mishti notices, she has a glint in her eyes and looks at abir who knows what she noticed seeing the blush on her cheeks. Others are surprised to see and happy too but a little shocked that was abir actually excited for a doll house ?
"Arey wah yeh toh wahi doll house hai na jo mishti aur kuhu kuch din pehle lekar aayi thi , tumne toh pura hi badal daala , bohot sundar sajaya hai beta " says Badima
"wow just wow ....what decorations bhai , what renovations.....kuhu tumhe jealousy toh nahi hui na , bhai ne mishku house ko mishbir house bana diya ....ho rahi ho toh control karna ...aisa waisa kuch kar mat dena " kunal is back to being sarcastic or should I say direct.

"I mean look bhai is talking....see ...lekin sach mein aap sab yahan aaye , apna precious time bhai ko diya , bhai me itna ache se precious time ache se use kiya ....no really iske liye toh thanks banta hai ...thank you everyone....."
"Wah meenu ke munna, maa nahi hai toh taunt dene ka quota tune take over kiya hai ?"
"But abir ....tum sach mein 2 din se yeh doll house dikhane ke liye excited ho rahe the ......I mean I really expected better from you! " says mishti who looks a bit disappointed lol
"looks like a flop show gadhedo , try harder next time "
"Like seriously....mishti tum bhi ...I mean tum sab sach mein mujhe itna silly aur dumb samajte ho ....like seriously mere character ka toh kabada kar diya hai aajkal......."
"Arey yeh toh bas chota sa teaser hai ....asli surprise yeh hai , wifey surprise no.1 , just for you " abir says while handing over some legal documents to mishti and asks them to read it.
Mishti takes a moment to read them and gets teary eyed saying " Abir ne ghar khareeda hai ....." ..........."Mrs Mishti Rajvansh ke naam pe " ......
there is a sudden layer of excitement and happines all over...they all start congratulating
"Kitne din se try kar raha tha , lekin is pandemic mein procedures aur zyada lengthy ho gayi hai, I am sorry thodi der ho gayi ....kal mera aur mishti ka grah pravesh hai , aap sab ko aana hai okay?"
"bilkul ayenge beta " says BM
"Naanu I know aap bohot zyada khush nahi ho , lekin ghar bohot dur nahi hai , bas 15 minutes ka raasta hai yahan se , main aur mishti aap sab se roz milne ayenge I promise "
"Its all cool bro , ek din yeh hona hi tha ....vaise yeh youngster bhi 50 yrs pehle apna ghar chod ke yahan rajkot aaya tha ...main itna lucky nahi tha ki roz apne purane ghar vapas apne logo se milne jaa saku ...lekin tu hai ...main khush hun tere aur mishti ke liye " naanu gives blessings to both indicating his approval to proceed.
Badi maa hugs mishti , mishti is happy to see others being happy with the news " tu khush na meri bachchi? "
"Haan , aap khush hai badi maa ?"
"Bohot bohot bohot zyada , aap tere pass tere apna ghar hai sawaar ne ke liye "
The words just create a different kind of impact in mishti's mind.....all she could hear at the moment was " Is ladki ke khoon mein ghar jodna nahi ...todna likha hai ....." meenu is not around but her words are enough to make mishti feel suffocated all again , the words keep getting repeated in her mind " yeh toh muhboli hai " ....."chali kyun nahi jaati hamari life se " .... "is ladki ke khoon mein " ......"tum jhagda karti ho mishti , bachhi ho tum " ....."muh boli " ....."chali kyun nahi jaati hamari life se haansnd " ...."jaa na apne papa ke pass jaa ke ro wahan bolna please please papa mujhe apna lo " ......"is ladki ke khoon mein....ghar jodna nahi tohna likha hai " ........"jab se aayi hai hamari life mein ghar mein 24*7 drama " "yeh muhboli jahan jaati hai bas barbaadi leke aati hai " "mishti ki wajah se" " tumhari wajah se mera beta mujhse dur jaa raha hai woh kabhi apna Sapna pura nahi kar payega"
All the words and incidents start echoing in her mind and she doesn't realise when she got all sweaty and teared up .....the chirpy happy talks around her fade away.....
"Nahiiiiiiii" she shouts leaving everyone stunned
"Abir hum ghar chod ke nahi jayenge....main ghar todne vali nahi hun aur naa hi kabhi banugi " mishti says while trying to control herself but falls weak
Abir is stunned to see mishti in this state , he knows meenu's words affect her but for the first time he is seeing thisr layers of mental pain and insecurities that these words have given to her over a period of time....

Phewwww so many is gone lolololol ....will she come back herself, what's her plan? ...abir's surprise no.1 is finally revealed, 2 more to go and I promise next ones are absolutely unpredictable but let me know what you feel they are....surprise no. 1 brings forward the vulnerable state of mishti on the surface...what's goona happen next...will they move out , how will abir convince her otherwise?
And where does in all this does fertility treatment stand? So much more exciting stuff coming up...
Next chapters are going to be all mishbirish now ...only abir only mishti only mishbir....fasten your seat belts peeps , you are in for a wholesome ride!!
