Actually if you watch the episodes where she kept sonography reports on wall... One kid is visible directly, but other is on back... Which sometimes reveals in 8th month, but Ak had delivery in 7th so.... The Narratives is Old nurse robbed the kid for money & gave the kid to another family & inform doc that 2nd kid died, Doc didn't inform Ak as the 2nd kid was considered miscarried.... But nothing happened... The kid is miscarried got permanent

if abhimaan had to unite, they won't get geetu or anshuman. If abheera married Anshuman there is no use pl should be an adopted kid.Poddars can't rise that kid next or pamper her over maira. dadi told beti again and again and standing for her to heal. Let abheera stay in gvs after normalcy and have peaceful life with maira enjoying the moments teaching her what to do what not to. So that abheera gets little bit of training from her mom. Akshara has no bahu se beti journey properly.its only mom journey she chose. In udaipur initial episodes she told family love vs maa ka love so family she can't get holding kid.

Actually.... If KS denied they could cast a old artist like Ak.... Ami denied Due to the storyline & was unhappy with charecter, she wanted to return with Young AbhiR but makers didn't get that family as Maker's ko Abheekmaan & poddar Nonsense hi dhikhanatha smiley44 ...... With degradation of story & trp drop in Gen3, sitara reduced budget..... So Birla's, mimi, Kairav-muskaan all gone....as none Actor's wanted to renew contract😜😜 But Birla's were supposed to enter with Ruhi's wedding or AbhiR which never happened smiley39
