Armaan questioned her motherhood, broke their relationship and took away Pookie without informing her that she is safe.

Abhira was punished as Armaan broke their relationship questioning her motherhood, separated Pookie from her for seven plus years, she couldn't sleep or have happiness for 7 years, she stayed in guilt. She can very well say kidnapper is nanny whom he hired and family refused to take care of baby as she had to leave for urgent work but woh kuch nahi bolne wali. She will take blame and sacrifice after she sees maira chose G2 over her.

@bold but Abhira can prove in court that Pookie ran away from home to participate in dance competition. Armaan lost her and she found him. There is evidence that can be presented in court, Armaan lost Maira as he filed complaint to find his missing daughter. Maira could've been kidnapped, injured or could've fatal accident if Abhira didn't find her.

It's same like abhimanyu even though he won custody he gave up on the custody as akshara ne usko bacche ke zindagi se hi mita diya like how armaan did it with maira. Atleast maira knows that G2 is not her mother. But for abhir he was made to believe random man is his father. So his entire identity was in crisis when he met his real father.

The only scope for abhira to get custody is if G2 turns negative. Other wise it makes no sense for abhira to get custody when G2 has proved to be very good compared to her parents

I also think Abhira will be cliffed off or die any other way but Maira seems to be FL of Gen 5 (if there is any).
