In our family we had an ivf kid. She is perfectly healthy from her birth... but my cousin brothers kid has put in nicu for months and needed a long followup as she was a premature baby..

So being ivf is not a big deal... Armaan is holding on some half processed information and covering his obsession. Maybe he got the post partum depression instead of ruhi/abhira..
