Like Meher said they could easily buy the single burner one with cylinder attached.. easily for 700 types u get ..we still have one for emergency at parents home.

Kurtas from 150 to 300 u get and decent ones ..most last 2 year even in machine wash

Shorts esp i have quite a few .. summer nights i prefer these local cotton ones

Our my avg cylinder use was 6 weeks ..but we have always got in 2 days ..

We had a small kitchen garden, grew malbar spinach, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, coconut ( one tree in each corner my dadu planted 🤩)

We did all chores by ourselves.. buy veg from whole sale market was but far but me and bro would go with dadu and get

But yes we were sure of basic education and 3 meals
