Chalo maan liya that Armaan led Ruhi on for months. But he was also the one that told her he loves Abhira at the rumaal shaadi mandap, broke of all relations with her & also clearly told he that he will never get back together with her before Rohit even came back.
Today's dialogue was a reference to what all Ruhi did to seperate Abhira & Armaan after Rohit came back. Also he never blamed Abhira for what Ruhi did. All he did was remind her that her family has had a history of trying to break them up, which was why he doubted that someone from her family (which includes her sachi achi didi) had done this chappal kaand, which from his POV was completely right, & also why even Abhira did not negate him for that point (just that dialogue. The alimony one was shitty & he deserves the dressing down that Abhira gave him for that)
