I really want to take a leaf out of Gen 1 playbook and tell these 2 to just dafa ho jaao, and if required take Abhir & Charu with them to Mussoorie. Abhir wahaan Charu ke dekh dekh kar theek bhi ho jaayega aur Abhimaan ke sar se yeh stupid family ka bhoot bhi utar jaayega

Why is Armaan saying to Abhira that he knows “Tum maa ke saath galat nahi hone dogi”? Even though the accident wasn’t intentional, she hit a person and fled. In yesterday’s epi she kept repeating that she didn’t even know it was Abhir! So if she knew it was Abhir, she’d have tried to help? Otherwise no? Leave him to die? If Abhir had hit Vidya with a car, and she had lost the ability to walk, Armaan would have definitely filed a case against him.

If I were Abhira, I wouldn’t want such a partner. I would have left him. How can he expect her to support Vidya when her brother can no longer walk? She should go to jail. Weird how she made someone disabled and is not going to face any consequences.

Hit and run case to hamesha hi non-intentional hota hai. Ye ek serious crime hai isliye iski saja bhi government ne badha di hai.

Par ye makers baar baar "intention" ki baat karke dikhana kya chahte hain? Intention hota to wo "hit and run" nahi pre-meditated murder attempt ho jata. Jis par different sections apply hote?

Are they challenging the law? Ya fir unhe victim aur uski family ko blame karna hai? Ek aur baat sochne ki hai. Ki aam aadmi chota sa chota crime kare, TV serial ke honest officers usko Kadi se kadi saja dilane me ek pal nahi sochenge. Tab "family" ka concept nahi aayega. Lekin baat apni family ki hogi to bade se bada crime "galti se/pachtava" ki category me aayega aur wo case tak file nahi hone denge! Ye to seedhe corruption ka mamla hai.

Moral dilemma ise nahi kahte. Moral Dilemma ise kahte hain ki bhale aapne apne relative ke khilaaf case kiya hai lekin Court me aap apne relative ko bhi support kar rhe hain (agar mamla wakai me galti se hone wale crimes ka hai). Yani aap unke liye achhe Lawyers hire kar rahe hain, counselors ki help le rahe hain.

Because it shouldn't be anyone's hand to decide whether they will file case against someone or not. Tum police ho to tumhara kaam shikayat karne wale ka case likhna hi likhna hai. Aur some crimes are crimes against state. Wo kisi ke FIR likhane ka mohtaj nahi hota. Police ko khud case karna hota hai.

Family jail , family police station & joint family court

Only the judge is missing , rest all are family members in this court case including the victim 🤣 isko kehte hai joint family crime & criminal tribulations.
