If the makers want, they can even show that the baby is neither Ruhi's nor Abhira's

Or perhaps, the baby is the result of either Armaan or Rohit's one night stand affair and that both Abhira and Ruhi's babies couldn't make it so either of their husband's tried to bring in their illegitimate child to cover up the truth.
