Why do people forget.....Abhira got the baby kidnapped....though she saved him but it was her decisions that led to this incident.

Her moron husband could adopt a new born baby & they can be the parents of that child . First he chose to take ruhis baby who is a family member , who has thousand issues with his wife abhira , still he thinks this arrangement would somehow work 🤔 gadhepan ki bhi hadh hai

Adoption procedure couldnt have been followed because they’d have needed Ruhi’s consent. It’s so messed up that Armaan is refusing to give the baby back, he has no legal claim even.

Actually Armaan should gave done a legal agreement with him.. He being a lawyer did not understand the fallacy … is a bad sign

But that legal agreement wouldn’t be valid because Ruhi doesn’t know her kid is alive.

And since Abhira and me both are so attached to BSP .. it will be impossible to live in the same house .. so we will shift away from the city for some time and start afresh

In reality this kind of hocus focus does not happen.. the hospital will be closed down and all the concerned doctors and nurses will be suspended and lose their jobs ..

The doctor taking Rohit’s word and handing the baby to Abhira .. basically allowing Abhira and Armaan to move out of the hospital with the baby is itself liable for suspension..

So till everything comes out ..just take it with popcorn 🍿

What had happened in previous generation is believable because the FL had been taken to the hospital with her second husband ..so everything was between them …

The ob gynaecologist will obviously not question the birth giver who the baby’s father is..

But over here … it is a crime on the part of the hospital to randomly hand over anyone’s baby to another couple .. what with DNA tests readily available.. why should any doctor hospital take this risk.. on just one conversation with the father
