May be the baby will need some blood that time abheera or armaan can't give the blood as they are not the parents..... So then they have to tell the truth as the blood would match from ruhi.... Or baby will blood but parents can't give blood.... Then ruhi has same blood type so others will convince her but as its said parents can't give the blood then family n Vidya or abheera asks why she cantt donate blood then the truth might come out... ( The blood type finding truth is typical itv way of finding truth) Or the nurse blackmails these brothers...n abheera or fufasa or vidya ( may be ruhi ) finding out the truth behind the blackmailing.... Then there would be another Mahabharat.... Ruhi will hate everyone.... Who didn't listen to her plea after coma .... Rohit will be discarded by her ... N will hate abheera more...

Option 2: Truth will be revealed but the baby is attached to Abhimaan than Ru-Ro and hence will be co-parented for a few weeks till it gets used to it’s biological parents

The way makers are shaping ruhi ka character during pregnancy and after birth…. IMO, baby ruhi ke paas nahi jaayega… majers r making it quite evident that ruhi is an evil person , selfish and jealoud… who does not spare an innocent baby from hatred… to ya yo baby BSP hoga, Lagta kam hsi… mostlilely ruhi will harm the baby… deliberately ya not… not sure….
