If doctor advised them that there are chances of saving both if they follow a certain routine then it's ok but otherwise it's not.

She wants to fulfill Armaan's one wish of his own baby but forgot how it has chances to take away herself from him which will destroy his another wish of living together with her forever.

Her craving of baby is so valid but girl took on head whatever happened and not behaving rationally.
