It's dkp.... Anything is possible.... Based on the first report she cannot get pregnant ( no where they said infertile) ... Now that SR is done she can get pregnant but Jaan ko khatra h like her mom .... Still give birth like in gen 2/3 ... If they follow the same pattern... If not she'll have miscarriage somehow

Well it's up to the makers on how they want the show to move forward... Gen 2/3 had some issue later gen 4 might be different or follow the history
