Surekha dancing around Daadi

Why are they showing Swarma and Surekha as kids and same level as Akshara saas and Abhira saas

we get you don’t want to age them that’s fine but why with this Swarna Ji she is 2 generation above them why is Dadiaa calling her Ji as well she is older then them use the right names and don’t age them
