That Abhira's marriage to armaan was only so she could be saved from Yuvraj. Being Mrs. Armaan Poddar is simply a means for Abhira to have some sort of protection from Yuvraj. Akshara tried everything she could to protect Abhira; she took Yuvraj to the police and he escaped. She tried to fight him in court, his dad and the Poddars didn't let that happen. On her deathbed, she tried to call Manish and he didn't answer. She knew that the only other person who would fight and care for Abhira like her was Manish and he didn't care. The only other option she had at that minute was Armaan. She knew that the Poddars are well-acquainted with society and would do anything to protect their bahu. As backwards as that sounds, this is how this works. Nobody will go to great extents to protect some random girl's or "sister". It all sounds good in ideals. Being Mrs. Armaan Poddar would have given Abhira that protection that she really needed at that time because she has no one else to help her out and Yuvraj was very much on the loose.

And why was Yuvraj so on the loose? BECAUSE OF THE PODDARS (indirectly). If Phuphasa didn't support Yuvraj so much, he would not have been this much at large. So actually, Abhira DESERVES the Poddars to take care of her.

Even after knowing Abhira is married in the family and Yuvraj is a total psycho and a criminal fufasa still went ahead and bailed him out. Dadisa too just gave namesake scolding that too with privacy as he is her favourite.

So they are the ones creating more problems for Ab and themselves included.

Y'all forgetting that irrespective of why and how Abhira married into the Poddars, Vidya and others are literal domestic abusers. If Armaan was a decent human being, let alone a good partner, he would break ties with them istead of feeling indignant and expecting any woman to put up with his trash family. Be it Ruhi or Abhira

Similar thing happened in the other show where the ML slapped the FL for confessing her love and then called her ehsaanfaramosh. Dude ehsaan tum manao ki these women do not file DV cases against you and your families.

All of Poddars can go to hell and/or jail where they rightfully belong.

The YRKKH alone is enough to give me a headache thinking about how these TV serials are promoting domestic abuse. In any developed country, with this much abuse on a DIL, people will be behind bars. In the first place the DIL like Abhira herself will put a full stop to this (not saying abuse is totally absent in developed country but most cases for unusual circumstances)

100% agree. Armaan is giving too much credit to himself. Few weeks back I used o think Abhira should thank him and move on. Now I think she should not even thank him as he is the jar of all problems in her life.

It's better to have a single life than to have such a partner.

I mean people were championing Ruhi getting hit by the MIL or stranded in the sun for the entire day or whatever other psychopathic measures of control "punishments" the Poddars have for adult women because Ruhi/Charu/Abhira have major character flaws.

What sort of a person endangers their partner by making them live with a family that can physically harm them whenever they eff up.

If Armaan were a decent ex or even a brother or a partner, he'd break ties with his shitty bades. But nah, these men do not take any responsibility and the onus is always on the woman to do the right thing and keep the abusive family together.
