Click on settings.

Then you will find two options named update profile and update profile image. If you click on update profile you will be able to add signature. If you click on update profile image you can add profile picture. I am using a photo to make you understand better.

Profile>settings>update profile picture>upload your photo to add profile pic

I have been trying for some times.. And after I click upload nothing happens.. No pop up nothing.. And my pop ups are allowed for this site..
