If they were already killing Abhinav, they could have continued with Abhimanyu, Idk why start a new Gen

If the actor didn’t wanna play as Abhimanyu or continue the contract, they could have killed Abhimanyu and continued with Abhinav’s story

First they killed Abhinav then Abhimanyu, both within 4-5 months time spam. Even if they had to do Gen4, they should have shown child Abhira and teenage Ruhi scenes so that we could’ve connected more with them

If they had continued with Abinav by killing Abhimanyu, they woud have required to wipe out Birla family to erase the existence in order to start with Sharma family . Wiping out means Ruhi and Abhir will be removed because they are part of Birlas and Abhir is Abhimanyu's son. It was the same reason for which they removed him in this gen 4. They would have done either by chasing them away to boarding school lmao . Afterall, Birlas were unwanted characters. .Then they would have to introduce Abinav's long lost family who suddenly made the appearance to the story *inserts shocking expression*. Nuclear family setup will not bring TRPs lol.

So ultimately AA would have become not AA anymore to bring twists and dramas with his newfly found family and Biwi . How can makers earn TRP without MU between the couple and sasural dramas? Even the famous Kaira had MUs between them yet their love stood strong. I remember the amount basing ppl did for Kartik during Kairav arc on SM. So Considering Ak's behavioural pattern she would have already set out her journey to find another AA .

We, Abhimanyu fans, were anyway got accustomed to makers's daily abusing of his character but I am sure Nav's fans would have got the shocking elements. So they should be happy at least his character ended as AA .

@bold They couldn't have continued with Abhimanyu's character because HC refused to renew the contract as he was not statisfied how his chara was developed. Also They knew replacing the actor would not make any difference to TRPs. Hence, they started the new gen and destroyed the gen 3 ending for obvious reasons.

No that wasn’t Abhi - it was someone else. Akshara removes the cloth and it’s someone else. Abhi and Abhir didn’t have dead body shown. Just the list with their name and Akshara’s imagination of them. Also, at the end- Akshara imagined them saying bye to her saying they both love her a lot - so in her own imagination she believes Abhi will love her even after death. they don’t need to erase Abhimanyu - they could just do a parellel story with both the sisters

Abhinav - with Akshara and Abhir

Abhimanyu - with Arohi and Ruhi

This way it shows 2nd chance in marriage 😂 for all 3 characters

And if all these plots had failed then they could have continued with Abhimanyu-Akshara daughter Abhira

I heard Gul is writing Tamarind 3, last she wrote was ipkknd. Plus the lead pair chemistry is good. That would explain the rising TRPs.
