Episode begins with Aks asking court to give permission to summon the first witness. Mrs Smita Negi , she narrates the entire incident . She speaks about her husband Mr Anuraag Negi’s murder by Yuvraj. Armaan cross examines her and she states Yuvraj’s motive behind this act .

Aks then summons next eye witness Ms Abhira Sharma . She reveals how Yuvraj was stalking her , how he n his MLA dad were after Abhira and forcing her to marry Yuvraj, despite her saying many times she was not interested in him or marriage . On the day of the incident Yuvraj tries to touch her , he was forcibly holding her hand when Anurag noticed her situation n helped her , he freed her from Yuvar’s grip n slapped Yuvraj . Yuvraj was drunk and so angry he ran over Anurag in fit of fury in drunken state . Jagraj is annoyed , Armaan is shocked n seeks time for going into further the details of this incident. He had just learnt some new facts . Judge adjourns the case .

Yuvraj tris to influence Armaan but Armaan warns he will do the investigation himself .

As Armaan tries to investigate an informer passes this message to the MLA , that their lawyer was betraying them n was not the one to be easily influenced.

At resort Aish Abhira discuss how to fight the notorious Yuvraj and Jagraj . AKs and Abhira prepare to confront Yuv Jag at court .

At MLA house, Armaan points out Yuvraj’s mistakes, he refuses to fight the case , YuvJag persuade him not to leave , Yuvraj cooks up stories n tries to impress Armaan.

Armaan ponders over Yuvraj’s story , but he also thinks no girl will lie about her being stalked . He decides to meet Abhira n probe .

As he reaches resort , the place reminds him or Roohi, he is lost in thoughts , Abheera accidentally collides with him in the lawns n both fall on the grass , they have eye,o k n are lost in each other .

His mobile rings n finally reality dawn on them , they get up .

Roohi tries to contact him from Udaipur but fails to get through .

Rohit weeps informs Armaan on phone they dad has been shot at .

At Udaipur Poddar family is seen at hospital as Madhav is being operated for gun shot wound , at Poddar villa the family members are distraught over the incident…. Especially Vidya , Daadi asks Manisha to take care of Vidya while she goes to her own room n breaks down.

At Mussoorie Armaan is shattered on receiving the news from Rohit about his dad . Abhira notices his condition n tries to help him. She notices him fumbling with his mobile , she tries to get him through to his bro Rohit . She unknowingly cuts Roohi’s number as Roohi tries to contact Armaan. After Armaan’s phone gets calls from an unknown number several times , Armaan asks her to cut the call as he wanted to speak to his bro urgently, unaware that the caller was Roohi. Abhira then takes the call and asks the caller not to call on this number as Armaan did not wish to speak .

At Udaipur Roohi tries to contact him but is stung by the reply from a female . Roohi’s friend draws conclusion that Armaan was with another girl so was not interested in Roohi anymore. Roohi is influenced by her friend and they both start hating Armaan, Roohi is brainwashed against Armaan, he was no more interested in her , she was last priority in his life . She better rethink of her relationship with this guy.m

Finally Abhira gets him through to Rohit , he learns his dad was not out of surgery, operation was successful .he was out of danger . Sanjay reassures Armaan and asks him to stop worrying for his papa but concentrate on this case. Armaan tries to get back to fighting the court case n stop worrying for his dad. Abhira tries to help him.

At Udaipur Rohit and Roohi Roka ceremony is performed by Goenka and Poddar family members . Roohi is still lost in thoughts of Armaan, she wonders if he had a reason behind his actions .

At Mussoorie, Armaan offers to escort Aks n Abhira to court , Aks agrees but Abhira declines , she protests that this might be some trick by Yuvraj and Armaan to stop them fight the case. Armaan is shocked.
