Episode begins with AbhiM missing his mother n remembering his sweet moments with maa. Aks comes n shares his woes , gives him her kerchief to wipe his tears. She gives him a chocolate and reminds how they had agreed to share happiness n pain. She wants to escort him to his mother as she was missing him. He can’t find his missing car keys , Aks suggests they get environment friendly n take the bike instead . He is reluctant but she goes ahead .
In her bedroom Manjari is seen agitated missing her son, Shefali and Mahima are seen trying to calm her. Aks arrives with AbhiM , she goes ahead, sings a song n calms Manjari , when she misses AbhiM , Aks turns back n is shocked to find him missing .
AbhiM is seen hiding behind the door to avoid Manjari .
At Goenka mansion, KaiMus have a clash over him possessing his secretary’s wrist watch . They have a face off.
At Birla hospital, Mahima wants to discuss a case but he places his resignation letter before her n before she can say anything he walks out .he states the one who can’t take care of his own mother how can he be expected to take care of others.
He is Sen packing his stuff from his office n leaving.
Aarohi and other junior doctors are not ready to let their fav doctor leave, they threaten to protest . Aarohi states AbhIM would never listen to anyone . One of them says he knew who could make his change his mind .
Aks arrives there n convinces him to continue his surgeries as per schedule , she enumerates how many were waiting for him n were looking up to him. Mahim too joins them. She takes help of all doctors including Mahima n nurses and emotionally persuade him to stay beck n attend to those who were waiting for him.
On the road Shefali is driving Manjari to mandir , she takes a look at the engine when her car stalls . Manjari who is sitting inside notices some electrical sparks in the house next to them , she recollects the horrific fire which engulfed her recently , she starts getting panic attacks . She can bear to wait there n she walks out of the car n wonders any in panic stricken mode . Cars speed by her honking .
Shefali notices Chachi missing from the car she looks for her n then alerts AbhiM. Abhi Ara come rushing looking for manjari . They search everywhere, asks passers by , check mandir but fail to find her .

Abir informs that when they were driving they notices Manjari Daadi walking on the road , they should have stopped by . Muskaan is questioned by Aks for her hatred . Muskaan states this was not for hate but for love . All are shocked .
