Waise just fyi- as per show they didn't take divorce twice. They filed for it, they were supposed to go to the court for the date- 1st date but they didn't coz bole chudiya bole kangna.

Then continued their lives as usual but none of them thought to cancel the case. Here i will blame Abhi coz Akshara ko anyway rules kahan pta hain wrna documents forge nahi karti.

Hence, when they signed papers on WD divorce hogya as per legalities they settle it outside the court.

Otherwise assume krne par k do baar divorce diya and all Navra marriage stands invalid/illegal. Phele mein court gaye dusra ghar par hojayega kya.

But again jab tak Abhi case nahi krta Akshara k saare illegal kaam chill hain be it marriage or paternity fraud.

Facts cannot be changed as Akshara Goenka Birla Sharma herself confirmed her relation with her ex is unarkhaid. If she ever says she never loved Abhinav or acted all the while out of gratitude vo bhi maan lenge ..par ji dhikaya gaya vo narrative tho koi nahi change Kar sakthe hai however hard u try she chose Abhinav over her toxic ex over and over when he is alive.
