With the App editing/ missing some scenes per episode, I doubt if I am getting sense of the whole story.
Having said that, the cutody track is a complete fiasco. There is no logic till now atleast.

Shefali: How and why she is on the side of AbhiM? Just because under the spell of Respect lecture given by AK, AbhiM supported her? Shefali is a mother and should like AR stand on AK's side and not AbhiM's side.
KV- AR: KV is an amazing brother. KV already has sensed what AbhiM would do if he wins the case and how Birlas would treat AR. I feel KV is the person who is 'Nas Nas se wakif about AbjiM and Birlas'.
Custody case: Loved how the soothing music played while AK- AbhiN- Abhir video was shown and villanish music when Abhir- AbhiM video was shown in the court. Will just AbhiM saving Abhir change the verdict? I expect, there is more to it which may get revealed as time passes. AbhiN is not an impulsive person and person who keeps the promise, still I hope AbhiN does not hv any role to play in the verdict as he could not save Abhir during the accident in the court. There was one document that was left behind by AK, during her conversation with AbhiM. If that was intentional, the document could be the reason behind the verdict. The verdict sounds so illogical, that I searching for a logic when there is none.
AbhiM: I praised AbhiM yesterday for his concern about AK. I wanted to say that his concern for AK was genuine. It showed that he still loves AK. However, the way he acted, was it morally right? I didn't feel so. He was behaving as if AK is his spouse. He did not even show courtesy to tell AbhiN why AK needs him. The way he yelled Akshara's name, asked her hw she is, was more like a partner than a doctor, that too in front of her husband. It felt so weird. However, I felt AK was cautious. She maintained the distance from AbhiM and also explanied AbhiN that it was not her doing. This time AK definitely respected boundaries, but as expected AbhiM did not.
AR: The way AbhiM acts cold with AR is so painful to watch. Feel so bad for AR. AR somewhere for Ruhi is still holding onto the tiny hope that AbhiM would become Ruhi's papa. I really want AR to get someone better or she can be a single mother with SbhiN becoming father figure in Ruhi's life. The recent non- verbal understanding between AbhiN and AR is so beautiful to watch. Even today, a head nod assurance given by AR to AbhiN was amazing. I also love how AbhiN since the beginning has maintained the dignity of their relationship unlike AbhiM.
AK: AK is kind- hearted, righteous person. She did accept AbhiM's challenge to fight the custody case, but told him today that she would not hide truth of AbhiM from Abhir when she wins the case. AK tried soothing the pain, fear AbhiM must be hving, but AbhiM gave her pain with each word he said. He said to a doting mother, 'Batsman last ball pe bhi out ho jata hai'. If this twin- flame love, I wish it burns in flames.
At the end, AbhiM on face said all the good words to AK, but wished he wins the case. AbhiM winning the case means Abhir going away from AK, she going thru excruciating pain. AK is the person AbhiM loved the most and still loves. How someone can give so much pain to your dear one? Or there was no love to start with?
AK said she will not snatch away AbhiM's Haq, but I anticipate every 'haq' of AK- AbhiN getting snatched and AbhiM watching it over being done under the spell of his Mamma. AbhiN is going to suffer the most, as AbhiN is more attached to Abhir than AK- AbhiM.
Abhir: Does god exist? This is the qestion that would haunt me if the precap being shown is true. Abhir is repeatedly praying to Kanhaji/ Shivaji for his Mamma- Papa to win the custody.
Mimi said Abhir's prayers would not go unheard. The way Abhir did Aarati for AK and AbhiN, showed how intensly he wants his Mamma- Papa to win.
Intermittent intense connection: AbhiM has always shown to hv a sixth sense, in regards to people he loves. Almost, like hving some extraordinary powers. When MJ was lost after her accident, it is this power that helped him find her. Even when Abhir got stuck in the box, he was shown to feel the same connection. AK is also recently shown to feel the same when Abhir is in danger. AK was restless when Abhir was in the box. Both AK and AbhiM sensed Abhir's presence, even when he was not seen, but AbhiN did not. AbhiN never ever has shown to feel this sixth sense wala connection with Abhir. He gets a sense of danger looming over Abhir, by observing him. AbhiN was first to sense that Abhir is not well, in pre- surgery track, by watching him breath abnormally. Surprisingly, at that time AK never felt this sixth sense even when Abhir was in grave danger. AK even said to BP, that AbhiN could pick up what AK, inspite of being a mother could not.
The big question is if AbhiM senses Abhir's presence, even without seeing him, where was it when Abhir was in AK's womb?
This sixth sense of AK- AbhiM to Abhir gives an impression that one can love a child to the sky, but still only khoon ka Rishta has a previlage to hv the sixth sense. How much ever you love a child, only khoon ka rishta can understand the state of mind of a child.
MJ's theory vs AK's theory: MJ was talking about this sixth sense khoon connection only. MJ was saying that both AK and AbhiM hv this connection, with Abhir, which AbhiN will never hv. Hence, AK, AbhiM and Abhir should be the family. It is like taking relationship decisions, based on supernatural connections. Whereas AK rejected this theory, and believed on the reality of their heart. AK said, the love in her heart for AbhiN, the love in Abhir's heart for AbhiN and the love in AbhiN's heart for the two should be basis of them becoming a family. Going forward, I would like that writers give us a discussion why the intermittent intense connection should win over the the consistent,deep love with no sixth sensewala love. If AbhiM, AK and Abhir are so deeply connected, then they should be the family. AbhiN should be a coparent to Abhir. Else, show not only love but deep connection between Abhir and AbhiN too.
Do people take life's decision based on something supernatural than what their heart and brain says? Yes, people do. People do decide if marriage will be success or failure based on the horoscope rather that listening to their judgement and feelings.
Let's see how the sixth sense wala love does parvarish of Abhir.
