So they have spent a lot of time post-leap talking about the money issues in sharma family, and now, apparently, it is the main point in favor of Abhi. Can someone please explain to me how this works? Even in the ITV universe, it's not making any sense. Yesterday when the lawyer tried to talk about finances and Goenkas told them that they are rich enough and Abhir is their grandson, why did the lawyer say that the parents are poor ??? Isn't Ak rich by association? And why is the whole responsibility on Abhinav?

Ak also told him she liked their Kasauli life because they built it from scratch together. That was really nice and, honestly, the only thing I understood in the whole episode. Being self-made is much better than having things handed down. But this is a custody battle. Why do they care if Abhir has rich parents or not if his major expenses are taken care of by his family (Goenkas)? Also in today's episode, Nav first told Ak to focus on her Law degree. Then he was shown trying to figure out how much Abhir's education and life would cost until he is 18. WHY???? Do you have to show in court that you have enough money to raise the kid till adulthood? And if Ak is becoming a lawyer, then should she be bringing in a lot more money? Also, if Abhinav is soo concerned, why is he still continuing with a driver's job? Why not try to get another skill or finish education?

Now that Abhimanyu knows he is the father, if he ends up losing the custody case, does that mean he will cut off financial support for his SON? Isn't he, as a father, supposed to provide financial support? Even if Abhi ends up getting no custody, ofc he is still going to support his son's education and everything really. Why is this even an issue being discussed?

And why is Ak soo unprepared? The Shramas, tbh look really stupid right now. Abhinav is acting like he has no idea how much a child's upbringing costs. Plus, the whole being mahaan with not accepting Goenka's job offer. Ak is also thinking of her Jam business instead of reopening her music academy or getting a law job. I don't understand the point of this beyond glorifying Abhinav the middle-class man. And, lol, Ak checked, and they have 1000 rupees in their bank account? Where is her fortune?

Finally, why is Ak suddenly talking about her being unfair to Abhi and playing the custody battle fair? I don't get the transition at all. Abhi's lawyers demolished you, and now you want to play fair? Just go get revenge, trash Abhi in court, and show everyone what a horrible husband he was.

Both Abhinav and Akshara cant pursue their respective degrees at the same time. That will never work. One of them has to work full-time. They are not a newly married couple. They have a six-year-old child who also happens to be a heart patient. So, a part-time job will not do

Since Akshara is going to complete her law course, Abhinav has to work to support both

Correct me if I am wrong. But Akshara can't get a job in a law firm without a degree. Can she? She can't get a degree without first sitting for the exam.

I can see only one reason for this excessive focus on Abhinav s financial status. So, that when the time comes he can back out

That is why Akshara had this sudden "realization" that she was wrong about keeping Abhir away from Abhimanyu

That is probably the most decent way the writers could come up for an Abhira reunion

They cant show Akshara leaving ABhinav because that will make Akshara look like the world's biggest fool.

So, why not make Abhinav a sacrificial lamb? I can picture Abhinav "realizing" that he is "coming" between a happy family

Even though Lotamnayu was the one who broke the said family

He will back out. Thus paving the way for the grand Abhira reunion

Akshara being the typical Itv fl that she is will forget everything that Mr. Lota did to her and run back to him

Abhinav, Abhir, and Ruhi just being a collateral damage

In all this, my only hope is that Abhinav hands Akshara divorce papers and leave

Even before passing the exam, there are internships and other options. Usually, you don't just take on a case immediately, you join a firm and learn for years before fighting a case, but you do get paid during that time.

Abhinav can definitely at least start thinking about a degree. Also, from my understanding, being a taxi driver/tourist driver requires you to know the area really well. Here Abhinav has just come to Udaipur. In what world does any of this make sense?

And if they are planning an Abhira reunion through this it makes even less sense. Ak is rich! Why will they show a rich FL, leaving her poor pati because he is poor? Abhinav won't leave unless Ak falls back in love with Abhi, and I doubt she is falling in love with him for his money. So the whole situation doesn't make sense. Imo, the only reason to focus on financial stuff is to show that the FL is poor and good while the ML is rich and abusive i.e. generic ITV trope. Usually, it leads to FL winning custody cause she is poor but a much better person. But here, with Ak already being rich and Abhinav being the one who is poor, it really makes no sense.

Sorry, but I am finding all of this hard to understand. Nav will leave Ak cause he is poor? How does his leaving make any difference in Abhir's case? Unless Ak decides to go back to Abhi ( why will she ), the custody battle is still there. Nav leaving only makes Ak's case weaker.

And how is Abhi going to be "mahaan" ? I am sorry, but the one thing Abhi has never done is be "mahaan". Even if he helps out, he is going to do it in a way that won't be an ehsaan. And yeah Ak's fair, unfair thing is beyond me. If she wanted to be fair, the whole custody track itself won't have happened. They can still settle out of court if she wants to be fair.

Singing ka bhi toh dekh liya hamne. She was therapist she left everything and started making jams.

So her career is not stable as she can get bored.

18 years ka i guess they just want to have that in their bank so that they can tell court we can manager and we will earn more in future.

Abhimanyu ka if akshu don't even want to tell abhir that abhi is his father and Don't want to give abhi the rights to make abhi as father on official documents to be abhir's father.why would court will expect him to pay. As agar abhi will pay then he will expect the child to recognize him as a father. As a good will abhi can agree but if akshu denies visitation rights and will not tell abhir who is his father then i Don't know if any party would expect to pay the expenses with no returns.

I am sorry though many of your statements makes sense this one literally doesn't. No one gives money to stay in their Maayka. And Manish requested them to stay until Abhirs surgery.
