Ok that is really stupid, but the fact abhinav gave abhir incorrect description of custody being a type of surgery, these writers might actually stupidly show such a scene. And if that happens that will be really stupid that a qualified judge doesn't even bother explaining to the child what decision is being asked from the child as children have no clue what custody case is, and it will be sad because we know that although abhir loves his docman, if he was clearly asked, he would not want to leave his mother to live with docman.

But then again, a judge would not ask a child what the child thinks of custody, they would ask the child who do you want to live with, mumma or papa? Abhir calls abhimanyu as docman and does not know that he is his father, so if judge asks him if he wants to live with his mumma or papa, he would think judge is referring to akshara and abhinav and would be confused why judge is asking him to live with either mumma or papa when his mumma and papa live together.

As it is, I doubt abhir will be present in the actual case, because most custody case tracks I have seen on ITV, especially star plus, children are not present in the courts in most of these tracks and the child is not asked.

This is the reason that this season is frustrating me so much. None of the bad people (Arohi, Manjari) are getting their just desserts. There is no apology or even acknowledgement for Akshara from anyone. At this point it is not just Abhimanyu who has turned a blind eye to everything she went through but no one from her own family not even Kairav even had a throwaway dialogue regretting everything she went through because their focus was Arohi.
