@blue - in this case, the biological dad ignored the calls in his anger and she didn't actually tell him the truth... so the question of whether he acknowledged cannot arise if he did not even know. Till date, he thinks his children are dead and is mourning them! This is where I reiterate, if she says she tried 2 times and misunderstood a third conversation between him and her friend and decided to hide the truth from everyone, did not take anyone's help simply because she got mad, which court will accept... won't they ding her for not even trying to get help from her family? And all the psychological trauma reasons won't hold because GFam did not officially blame her or send her away, BP/ BM stood with her the entire time they were in BH and BP even came to get her.... so how will a court interpret this stance from her?
@red - shocking! That is a clear-cut route to the dissolution of normal society. What is the proof that any random person, even if he is a friend will accept responsibility willingly? Should there be a legal acceptance of the same? Or does Indian law accept verbal acceptance? This is pure ridiculousness by law! If this is the case, if any woman has a fight with her husband/ or partner, she can make any man the father to her child? So essentially Indian law is treating men as sperm donors and nothing else! Ironically this show is showing a mother as a baby-making machine and nothing else! 😡 But if a strict legal acceptance document is needed that shows a man taking legal guardianship responsibilities, then AK/ Nav did not have one when she put Nav's name, nor was she married to him. On what basis could she put his name?
Also, does the law allow a pregnant woman to get divorced during pregnancy? Especially, if she hides it, isn't that fraud that she hid the condition from her to be ex.... again, my reason to say that is in my first point that for something so big, she did not utilize all available channels to inform Ab.
@green - that is why AB cannot just settle for co-parenting unless he can do an approved dna rest. He simply doesn't have the legal right. Ak has effectively changed Abhir's identity, she has wiped Ab off his life.
Finally, I'm curious what is it she is worried about now? What revelation is she talking about? Does the bc have the correct dob, which technically is before her 2nd marriage and she has lied to all by stating a different date? Or has she forged the document to change the date to a later date and the forgery is visible on the bc? What exactly is she worried about?
They are showing so many illogical and unexplainable things! 😡 And I heard Abhir also called AB mausa.... and it mattered zilch to Ak! Well, it mattered zilch when bp asked her before giving permission and when she did the tilak... and that couple has maintained radio silence on this topic, not even a discussion among themselves! So one more hurdle they have removed! Now the last hurdle is what will AB feel and how will he react. I hope he has enough decency to object to becoming mausa to his own son, and stop the impending wedding when he finds out.
