Reposting what I'd written in another thread.

Essence got lost on the white day for me. Just because they wanted to separate them and bring in the leap, they made him say things that can neither be forgiven nor forgotten. And they don't have the patience or interest to bring BOTH the essence and Abhira back together again. Journey is as important as the destination. Writers have lost sight of that.

Forget destination, with so much cringe and BS to wade through, even destination no longer appeals.

It's like writers have been on drugs and now switched from cocaine to marijuana

I know right…they have spoilt their beautiful journey…there was no need for this leap or for Abhinav’s character or fir Aarohi taking center stage (she anyways can’t perform even if given center stage which is unfortunate for the viewers who gave to tolerate her one expression range throughout)
