I'm not trying to stop you from posting or commenting. You are free to do as you please. I just wanted to know why you justify all his problematic traits, actions, and words with the ITV excuse. I had noticed you say it multiple times. Thus, wanted to clarify that we do understand this fact, but we have the liberty to express our opinions, and we do so in hopes that perhaps some day, to someone, it might make a difference.

There have been some comments from you that I have liked, and I make sure to let people know what I like about them either verbally or thru hitting that like button, but I also wanted to voice what bugged me and why. I have got nothing against you. You are as much a stranger to me as anyone else on this forum whose posts I may admire.

Also, if you remember, we previously had a discussion where you tried to justify AB's actions comparing him to men on other ITV shows, and I said that does not justify anything. Just because others may be more wrong than I wouldn't make my wrongs right, now would it? Same applies to Abhimanyu Birla. Although he is a fictional character, the rules of morality don't change. We gotta hold him to the same standards we would any other person of our society. What's wrong IRL should be wrong on TV, as well.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I have no issues with negative and gray characters. All I am asking for is them to portray that as something wrong and undesirable rather than glorifying and normalizing it.

One last thing, you don't know the future anymore than I. Don't be so sure about the future of ITV. American TV wasn't the same 20-30 years ago, but things did change. Nothing is ever constant.

Even by ITV standards he is shit. What are the top ten ITV shows right now, am I correct in assuming that he is the worst. It is a tough competition with that fool Virat, but ASSmanyu in my opinion is far worst because he labels his abuse as love and so many people eat that shit up, classic domestic abuser gaslighting the woman.
