Abhinav Sharma

Taxi driver. The man who saved Akshara and Abhir all those years ago. The man who is Abhir's "super papa".

Until now we have only seen him as simple, pure-hearted and good. The kind of a person who searches and sees only good in the other person. He once told Akshara - I never knew the word "hate" but the day I heard your husband say he didn't want anything to do with you or the kid, that hatred burst out of me for the first time. But he met Abhimanyu, got to know him and...?? That hatred faded?? Did he realize he had overreacted?? Did he think that if Abhi did reject, there must've been a strong reason for it?? Why the rapid flip??

More than these questions I want to know how much does he know of Akshara's past. Maybe not the Sirat issue but about her marriage and what happened, who said what and why she left. Does he know all the details or did Akshara keep it vague like - it didn't work out / there's no going back for me / blah blah blue blue??

If he knows everything and is still being nice to everyone including Abhimanyu and Manjari... I will doubt his "achha aadmi" image. If you love a person, you are protective towards that person. It's an automatic thing. We fight with our siblings / partner / parents. But any 3rd person says anything bad - it tends to raise our hackles big time. Now, he did ask Manjari to stop that day at Birla House but I didn't see any anger in him. I didn't see any anger in him even yesterday when she'd been screaming like a banshee who lost her marbles. Utna achhapan is difficult to trust TBH.

In today's self-thought he didn't complete the sentence - "agar aapke dil mein ab bhi bhaiji ke liye pyaar hain toh mein..." he stopped there. I think that's intentional on the part of makers so that they can flip him or not basing on TRPs.

That said, I'd rather he remained positive. Every Tom Dick and Harry in the show is currently dark grey or black. One pure white standing firm on the side of Abhira is needed. No hopes from Mr Kairav Moron. No Neel. So these two need someone.

Once Abhira are on the path of reconciliation though... it's going to be extremely tough for Abhinav. Whether he loves Akshara, how deep is that love aside, he has a strong bond with Abhir and vice versa. A bumpy tough road ahead for The kid and his super papa. Because even if he is good / positive now, that scenario has the potential to bring out his dark side.
