Will Abhir donate bone marrow or something to save Abhi?

Abhimnayu is in hospital and is critically injured. Does this mean Abhir will be helping his biological dad as he will be a match, and then only Abhimanyu will be saved. And after a couple of twists Abhir 's truth would y revealed.

I don't think Cvz are planning memory loss stuff for Abhimanyu. What do you think? Is it a big injury or just a small stint to expose t the Goyenkas and Arohi that there is something more to Abhinav Akshra marriage and she still loves Abhimanyu.

Basically considering akshu called after 6 months she married abhinav. By that logic abhir should be 4 to 5 years old. As the leap is 6 years and roohi was born after 9 months 🤡

How come abhir talks way too matured than roohi. Have birlas raised any kid on their own or bhade pe chada diya 🤣
