Of course in real life half the characters should have gone through therapy.
No one would get married just like that.
During the short dating period Abhira would have talked about things and be more mature
After every fight they would have discussions and learn from their mistakes.
But of course none of that happened so yeah
I probably should have clarified the agruments part is the FD saying Akshu should have done x,y,z to tell Abhi.
Real life depending on how hurt you are one phone call would have been enough to decide not to bother talking to the person anymore.
Aah okay
She tried repeatedly to tell him that a child survived, when he was unreachable even at a tough childbirth...she decided to let go and give her son a wholesome life with an adopted father who seemed happy with the responsibilities. So far so good, I don't think she should have gone begging with a pregnant belly or sent text/email/letter. Her family is another unreliable source that would have flipped at any point. She deserves to tell the man that they are having a baby herself.
They met after 6 years, he was angry before 6 years yes...he didn't talk once about the miscarriage or procedures related to it for courtesies sake even now maybe in fear, but she won't tell him without a trigger....I mean why should she, life has been peaceful.
The last memory is rejection, till some warmth doesn't feel across she won't open her mouth. And I don't blame her for it, becoming a parent is a huge responsibility and even though a woman carries a baby physically in the womb for 9 months, the man has to be there at every step for the woman. He wasn't, If he finds the truth, he'd initially probably just want some access to his son. If he wants both mom and son it'd be a long penance & he can want them only after knowing that her marriage is deadbeat paper marriage.
But I have a feeling they'd blame her only from the Birla side and move the plot forward with some illogical explanations. But he should have access only after he contributes positively to Abhir's life, that's the least he can do to keep the first step forward. For now he's just a sperm donor..the journey to becoming a parent hasn't even begun. On the journey is where he should know the truth with some self realizations.
What I'm trying to say is that it can't be an instant coffee type process...real or reel, it should be a slow everyday journey. Relations don't break or make all the time overnight; specially the ones involving children 😆
And the person that should tell Abhi the truth has to be Akshara. He has to give the space and she has to help him off his regrets (though he has overnight decided to move on in today's episode) & then they can decide whether to co parent or regroup.
