As a result of Akshara’s relentless pursuit of Dr. Khera, one surgeon came all the way to help and heal another surgeon.

We need an injection of lighthearted playful episodes with interesting characters. We are all so curious about Dr. Khera’s past and want to know why Akshara moved him so much that he came all the way to meet Abhi. I would enjoy a positive character at this time- we already have Ar and An to create trouble one way or the other.

The makers certainly know how to weave romance with short scenes that suggest intimacy- we understand they cannot turn on the heat full steam because it would be scandalous in ITV. But they more than make up for it with such sweet romance - with the anklets and Abhi’s “intimate” touching of her ankles and beyond. Well done.

Abhi’ s words “one surgeon came to help another surgeon“ had me wondering if Abhi’s skills as a surgeon may be of some use to Khera as well.

I really liked the humble and quiet Dr. Kunal - it would be so lovely if there is a meaningful non villainous backstory to Khera.

Kunal is calm , composed but looks depressed in some pain. His tattoo is from his past either deceased sister or girl friend or wife . He is struck in past with their incident and can't come out of it left his profession. Through Ak he too got motivation ,hopes , confidence on himself back to heal someone. Today's family thanking scene gave him more confidence in him that he can help heal someone.

Kunal has come with Ak messages. But he knows Ak is Abhis wife . He has seen total family today how they want Abhi to be healed. He has not met Ak in private after her messages. So he looks a good man with some past .

Mike not working before also it seems. It's like Abhis repair hand reached through Ak afforts to Kunals legs and he took it . Kunal too is in repair state as he left his practice.

Ak sang happily without Mike later. Nothing affects her audition or career next.

It's like Domino's affect or Ak affect one after the other settle down Anis shadi, Abhis hand and Ak audition. Domino's affect is to break all three tracks but Ak good affect will be won .

If Abhis hand surgery has to be failed there is no need to get a powerful cameo and waste money and episodes on it. If Ani runs away from there no need of actress back and shadi track in waste investment. So Abhira win in this track by staying together.

As a result of Akshara’s relentless pursuit of Dr. Khera, one surgeon came all the way to help and heal another surgeon.

We need an injection of lighthearted playful episodes with interesting characters. We are all so curious about Dr. Khera’s past and want to know why Akshara moved him so much that he came all the way to meet Abhi. I would enjoy a positive character at this time- we already gave Ar and An to create trouble one way or the other.

The makers certainly know how to weave romance with short scenes that suggest intimacy- we understand they cannot turn on the heat full steam because it would be scandalous in ITV. But they more than make up for it with such sweet romance - with the anklets and Abhi’s “intimate” touching of her ankles and beyond. Well done.

Abhi’ s words “one surgeon came to help another surgeon“ had me wondering if Abhi’s skills as a surgeon may be of some use to Khera as well.

I really liked the humble and quiet Dr. Kunal - it would be so lovely if there is a meaningful non villainous backstory to Khera.
