I think they are aware of the different sets of audience. They need the TRP for their bread and butter and the rest equally important- they get a lot of valuable feedback from online viewers. They balance tracks for each set . It’s very challenging. Some love air hearts, some hate baby voice, some love dark Arohi, some want more Harnish some less. It’s very hard to please everyone in every track.

The truth is that online audience has no impact on a show.... the story will always be catered towards TRP audiences. There is a reason why the majority of shows on ITV are toxic and regressive...because that is what the audiences want to see!

-Abhira fans happy as Abhira can be shown strong wining over black arohi

-Arohi fans happy as she will get more ss and will be victim once again to some freak accident that causes her memory loss

-FD happy as they don’t have to see angel neil sacrificed for grey arohi.

Fans from every show have trended on Twitter in masses -- sometimes even hundreds of thousands -- to request track changes and other such things, all to no avail. I have personally witnessed this so many times before and questioned why fans are wasting their time 🤣
