Lovely post, Meher. For the past few episodes, the Aarohi and Akshu scenes have been the highlight. For once, she is playing Sherlock for Akshu and not against her. Akshu is too naive, and Aarohi is extremely rational, so this balance is needed. The man who was singing in the roads waiting for one phone call is now avoiding Akshu at all costs... or at least trying to. And, he is absolutely not at fault. All of this tension is because he does not want to lose Akshu or make things worse with the Goenkas in the first place. Akshu is trying hard to be strong and understanding, and she is... but this is silently killing away at her. And when the truth comes out, she will be hurt by both her brother and her lover... but in the end, it will be Abhira solving this mess, as she is the stabilizing wheel on his bike.
He doesn't want to lose Akshu. Anisha is threatening to do just that. He doesn't want to go back to Birla hospital. His mom is pushing him to do just that. He is getting crushed from all sides.
On a side note... if he is such a great doctor, he can always join another hospital or open his own for that matter. As he himself said, logon ki seva karne keliye doctor bana hoon. There would be no shortage of offers from other corporates or private practice clinics / hospitals the day he decides to go on his own. Or he can do these medical camps. Lots of businessmen and politicians to sponsor those. Options toh hain. He doesn't need to sit at home. But Manjari...!!!
