I guess it will depend on the situation due to which her marriage will break. Abhi needs some stronger reason to break the marriage. Even if Akshara confesses her feelings for him, Abhi cannot break his marriage with Aarohi specially when it's he who had proposed to her first. Something will happen which will lead to the breaking of marriage and may turn her into a vamp.
