This is exactly how Kartik was. He also fell in love with an idea of Naira. He was obsessed and in love with his love for her and not Naira as a person.

Everytime Naira did something that was against his "idea" of Naira, he got angry. He kept hurting her all the time. 🥴

And the worst thing is they never learn from their mistakes. They keep doing the same thing over and over again..

At least Kartik stayed sane until his marriage. Here Abhimanyu is already gone case.
