She has always called him either Abhimanyu or Doctor ....Have never heard her call him Abhi....

Recently I saw BTS of swing one i m really waiting when we will get that type of scene yar,bahut hogaya drama please give some nice scenes between them.and coming to abhi name thing he wants to keep Arohi away from them that's why he told like that .she is not anything to him if she is not akshu sister.
