Akshara's Panic attack & Reason

Ok

If a person gives you panic attack, that bond is toxic and Akshara has toxic sisterhood with Aarohi,and dkp I have had panic attack once and I know how it feels and how my doctors treated me as I felt,i am going to die, please be sensible when you treat panic attack, I mean are writers of dkp really unknown with what actually is panic attack?

Also I don't know I have started disliking Aarohi, as a Kaira fan in me doesn't want Akshara to be so self sacrificing for Aarohi.. Why should she leave home because of Aarohi? I don't understand, that just because one person dislikes you at home and rest all love you a lot, why should you leave the home for just that one person?

Also I don't understand how did Aarohis feelings changed overnight, just because Akshara is her step sister? That means Aarohi never loved her in the first place.. So hope Akshara has some sense, and it's high time the elders in the family intervenes, because though Aarohi is a doctor, her behavior is not like one and rather she is too toxic herself.
