Devyaani is very annoying

Devyaani is very annoying. Seriously she spreads a kind of negativity and misunderstandings. These are the reasons why i think

1) First she was the reason behind why akshara and rashmi had differences of opinion. Rashmi never used to like devyaani .

2) she created a misunderstanding between akshara and naitik during rashmi's second marriage and akshara was badly hurt.

3) When naira had gone missing naman was claiming that she might have been dead and devyaani was supporting him in that and naitik got very and blasted both of them. The rest of the family members were sure that she would definitely return.

And she is talking about relationships her own son had turned out to be evil and her grandaughter mishti disowns her and she is giving advice to everyone. she couldn't even handle one single relationship properly.

Now in the current situation of naksh & keerti bhabhimaa wanted to fix things up very quickly and i support her in that and bhabhimaa was rite why was devyaani trying to increase the matter.

Devyani is a like a common women ( not very great or devi) , she did many mistakes but there are many good things in her character .

First of all she was the second wife and she became step mother of already married children . Regarding rashmi , I think she behaved like a normal daughter .. she lost her mother , her father was getting remarried ..any daughter will not be willing to accept her father's sec wife happily , it's a basic nature .

During her marriage , Devyani was not sure about the guy .. she had a fear that if rashmi will be married to some wrong person ..pp will gonna blame her since she is not her real mother ( though she was married to a wrong guy in the presence of her own mother as well) ..but society often blames step mother for any mishap with a child.

Other than that she did had misunderstandings with bhabhima and rajshree initially .. she took someone's place in that house ..so getting compared is very normal.

Naitik n naksh did not accepted her initially but later accepted her . My point is that she is a normal women with some flaws , fears some bad and some good characteristics .. that's how the character is build ( those days yrkkh team used to work on character framing n it's development 😅)

In original yrkkh ( which I am enjoying with my mom twice a day 1-3 pm and 9-11 pm ) just like Devyani every character had their flaws and the reason behind it I guess. It was such a nice and sweet show. Maheshwari's were I guess one of the most progressive family on tv in a family drama.

Although I loved character of Gayatri as she had one of the most natural reactions in tricky situations which made me dislike or say not like devyani much.

PS- Akshara was so damn pretty in those sarees.

Good for Devyani because after Akshara Death and they focus on Naira she seemed to fake lol they made her and Bhabhimaa seem like robot and they only there for nostalgia its good she is having some thought of character than smiling and reacting

I'm also watching YRKKH in the afternoon and night time. This show was so simple yet lovely. My mum says she can relate with the show and we all can relate with the culture and lifestyle and values it showed. Now a days, shows like original YRKKH are not shown. This truly was a masterpiece until orginal Naitik and Akshara were in the show and alive.

True, originally every character had their flaws including Naitik and Akshara. They were improved over the years. Devyani too had flaws and improved over the time. Same with Rashmi. Maheswaris and Singhanias were the best. I also liked Deoras (Rashmi's modern in laws) and Agarwal's (Nandini's realistic in laws) as they were believable characters with their own story.

Gayatri was a masterpiece in herself. How insecure she was in the start and how amazing she became over the years was shown amazingly.

Now the show is gone, they are just keeping Devyani and Bhabhima to keep something from original but they have changed everyone's characters. Now creatives have lost it.

I cannot connect with Naksh anymore. Because they never get story in continuation. They need to show realistic approach in the show again.

The leap and recent promo of the show where Naira is pregnant and Kartik is missing, seems copied from the movie Kahaani. Nothing is original in the show now. Not even songs or tracks. They're just dragging for the sake of making money.

Bhabhimaa made 2 big mistakes in the past and she has learned from it. She understands the value of relationships but when it comes to devyaani I'm sorry to say this but she hasn't learned anything from the past, again and again, she's committing the same mistake when naksh and keerti are undergoing a misunderstanding rite now bhabhimaa wanted to fix things up she knows how misunderstandings ruin relationships badly but devyaani, on the other hand, behaving like a Perorate.

I know there is a hell lot of nostalgia attached to it. Well I guess my mom stopped watching original yrkkh way back when kartik and naira got married I guess.

It was such a sweet simple show with realistic script. no vamps, only misunderstanding or pov clash. I guess I can enjoy reruns of old tmkoc and yrkkh a lot. Yrkkh is actually my guilty pleasure.( Idk how many guys watch it but to be frank this is the only show I like out of all the shows my mom used to watch) nowadays it is just yeh rishta running through out the day.

This show is so close to my heart as it's the favourite show of my mom, sister and masi.

Yupp. Same here, We also stopped watching after Naira grew up because it was all nonsense they were showing all of a sudden with Akshara's Death and then show just lost its value with Goenka's and the tracks and characters never remained the same realistic.

Now the same show was filled with ekta kapoor plots and absurd repetitive tracks, vamps, negative characters, etc so connecting with it was difficult. We couldn't connect with it anymore.

Yeah I don't know that as well, but as a guy I would like to watch the simplistic show. Yeah now a days YRKKH has again become our favourite of all time. I also watch TMKOC sometimes.
