There is no EMA because there is no marriage either legally or morally. Kartik and Vedika are not married, and they are not even common-law spouses because they literally have no relationship, mental, emotional or physical. These idiot writers seem to be conveniently ignoring this glaring fact when they could use it to write a more logical story line.

Instead of Dadi getting on her high horse like always and asking Naira to act like she and Kartik are a couple, how hard would it have been to give her some wisdom and insight for once by having her realize that a) Kartik and Naira are both single, and b) that they still have feelings for each other? Imagine if she had brought all this to the table as a possible solution - it would have solved everything in one go. Except for the Vedika problem and woh toh bhaad mein jaye, nobody is going to care.

Naira has already fallen from grace. Can she go any lower? She pretended to be sherni and for her self respect she went to Goa. She told lies to her son that his father is on a mission trip. He doesn't know his parents are divorced and father remarried. After divorce she shows so much concern for Karthik as if she is still his wife. All Kairav has seen is his mom crying all the time and his parents fighting. What is he supposed to think? Don't you feel his parents are sending mixed signals and confusing their son? They themselves are not truthful to themselves how can they make their own son understand that they messed up big time? This boy doesn't need this high voltage drama from his parents he wants a stable home.

Naira needs to focus on her son and her career and less on Karthik. She shouldn't go live in the Goenka home and her idea to run back to Goa is also foolish. They have turned her into this brainless creature. She has become so pathetic I feel sorry for her son. What example is she setting for him? It's time the parents grow up but writers are just going in circles and making this couple look so horrible. They need to stop showing this crap of a storyline. All it does is make me wish to keep this senseless couple apart. It's high time they grow up now and not mess their son's life. She needs to tell Kairav the truth and face the consequences of her actions. It is better he be raised by someone else.
