Logic in this custody case

I wish she had a lawyer who brought up his alcohol abuse...wicked temper etc...

Then rather than bringing this lame abortion papers story i think what would be better is if they showed us that rather than them questioning the female leads character they did this

Like what is damini fighting for makes no sense to me unless kartik wanted sole custody whats the point of questioning naira's character...

I think what she should have been like if she was a professional and not a cheapster... would be to say that all kartik wants is for his son not to be taken away...

It doesnt make sense to me are they showing us he changed? 🤣i dont know what they are showing us i am sure once he protects naira ...and she gets custody then she will hand kairav over to him coz shes so "good"

About custody... naira if opted for joint custody it wont bring happiness but problems. Someone already said but if naira brings up joint custody... then ...

1. Vedika will tag naira as a characterless women...who is breaking her home.

2. Kartik will come to ss to meet kairav and then they will stare each other ...and make a mockery of vedika and kartiks marriage.... which is illegal btw...

3. This will not let anyone live in peace except kartik. Because kartik will be least bothered to answer vedika...and will just push and shove naira....as usual he will get a regular dose of seeing her...and vedika will attempt suicide again or try to hurt kairav as she has already mentioned...or she will keep taunting naira about how she promised to go away...but she isint....thus someday or the other naira would flip her shit.

4. Families will be in awkward situation which i am least bothered about.

5. When kairav will grow up and know all this...and if by chance vedika is a negative character..which in my opinion she is...but still this can hurt his mental health.

Here madam damini is seems to be in confusion. She is fighting as if Kartik wants Naira to be out of Kariava life. Creative writers I think they are still in holiday mood after creating whole kachra they are now do not know how to clean that.

Exactly whatever damini is doing makes no sense...With her detective music what papers is she bringing i am sure naira has some random sad story behind them I dont understand why she or how she would have had time to obtain that abortion papers kartik forged... all those years ago...they are just further villainizing naira for no reason
