Kartik assumed Naira will die hearing the truth...so based on his assumption and fear...he took decision that can make him lose his family's trust...Naira, Keerti and Naksh's trust...Is he same Kartik who was more angry on Naira for hiding truth of her brain clot than being worried for her health during that moment...there is major character deviation...BV is actually playing with character's basic essence...In order to show Kartik's love for Naira beyond everything...something like "ishq" and to show melodrama two mothers loving one child...they are doing this all...there was nearly no buildup...Naira was in no critical condition...doctor didn't advise him to be cautious with Naira or not to tell her truth of her baby's death she clearly told them "Naira is doing really well"...whereas on other side Naira was sad for Keerti and tried to cheer up Kartik...she didn't know it was her baby who died...somewhere I found her resolution to share her child with Keerti has something to do with upcoming track (which won't work)...that bun and saree was too much...kekta show that kind o attire when FL becomes grandmother...
