Well, after seeing a few pics and the on location segment of Naira & Swarna, I can conclude that Kartik and Naira will be perfectly fine after the kidnapping and accident fiasco. In the segment, we see Naira and Swarna talking in the kitchen, which appears to be the kitchen of Singhania Sadan. Swarna was not there in the Singhania Sadan when Kartik's accident's news was broken by Naitik (in between the dance), which means that this scene takes place after the entire fiasco. If Kartik was badly hurt, the families would have been in hospital but they are in Singhania Sadan and also, even if Kartik was a little bit unwell, Naira wouldn't leave his side no matter what and Swarna would also focus on his son's health rather than revealing the truth. This is one clue about the fact that Kartik will be absolutely fine. Secondly, the news of his accident came in during the dance, which means the ladies had not yet broken their fast. As per the pics uploaded on Instagram by the ensemble cast (Akshaya, Priyanka Udhwani and Anmol), the ladies will be enjoying a delightful dinner with rice served in heart shapes. As far as think, no family will be able to enjoy a dinner (even if it is after breaking Teej Fast) if their family member is gravely injured. They would break their fast in a simple fashion and hurry up to see the one suffering. So as per the pics, we can say that either Kartik is fine, or we can say that someone has given them some oath and all to celebrate their function properly despite the situation (probably Naira or Kartik or Swarna). Also, there was an article that said that Keerti would break her fast on video call and soon there will be a hens party. Well, if Kartik or Naira were hurt, both Keerti and Naksh would want to be beside their siblings, and hence, won't need a video call to break the fast because they will be at the same place. And if either of Kaira were unwell, they won't plan a grand bachelor or bachelorette party leaving them.
From all the clues, we can conclude that Kartik will be safe and sound and to my disappointment, we might not witness the Kaira romance which I wanted - Naira taking care of Kartik. I so wish that I am proved wrong and we see beautiful scenes of emotional Kaira, expressing to each other, how terrified they were by the thought of losing each other. I hope it comes true. It's all just my guess, I don't claim anything, no offense intended !!
