On Saturday February 7, 2015, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is now the 3rd longest running India Serial with now 1662 episodes, defeat "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii" with 1661 episodes.

YRKkH with its 6th year has still managed to keep a good storyline without making the story illogical which happens with most serial after 1-2 year
It has good characteristics and is realistic
