Naman and Muskaan can't just walk into Singhania's life and walk out of their dad's life just like that. It's very impulsive decision on their part. They got to know some truth about their dad so they left him, the same dad who brought them up, did everything for them. Yes, he did wronged Devyani and should be punished for that. But what if tomorrow they find something about Devyani will they do the same? I still think they should have spoken to either Devyani or Akshara before landing at Singhania house unannounced. It's not a small matter, it's a life changing decision for everyone involved that includes Singhania's as well.

Coming to Naitik, I seriously don't think anything wrong in his decision but yes, he was little rude. What we expect of him? That he should go hug Naman and Muskaan, welcome them as brother and sister respectively? Atleast, I don't. I think his reactions are most natural. Marriaged proposal was given to Devyani knowing that she is divorcee with no kids. Then a day before marriage they got to know that she has two children but she has nothing to do with them and she has no connection and neither would she have any in the future. This was the whole scenario before marriage and then they went ahead with it. Now how can we expect that Naitik or any member of the family should straight away accept them? Why should they? If Naman and Muskaan were already part of devyani's life then I would have blamed Naitik and family but not this time. If they accept them, then good.

Naitik was under constant pressure through out before this situation, Akshara's abortion, Devyani kids truth, Getting a near death sentence in bangkok and coming back here he saw these two standing at door with their baggage. How is he supposed to react?
I still think they need time to get term to this sudden shocker. It's very easy to blame them, calling them narrow minded and chauvinist but it's not easy to accept someone as a part of your family so smoothly.

It is impossible to accept such changes instantly. But I just meant, he was a bit rude. He probably made them feel like they weren't wanted. Isn't he the same naitik, who apparently didn't have any trouble accepting chikki? Chikki was no where even related to them. !?
As per their father, he ALMOST hit Muskaan too. How can they live with a savage like that? And they are guilty coz they treated their mother like that. I don't get why devyaani is being so rigid. And not talking to Naman and Muskaan

Chikki was not related to any of them and that is the main difference. Chikki coming to that house never affected anyone's interpersonal relationships. Did it? Even then she was not accepted instantly, they took their own time to do it.

They are unwanted that's why he reacted that way atleast he was not hypocrite. He said what he felt. Even their mother devyani is thinking twice than why should not he. I'm not saying his behaviour was right. He should have asked them politely.

When our parents raise their hand or scold us then do we just leave them? Do we call them by names? Naman and Muskaan are still unaware about the real story. Right now they just know that their mom was not wrong and the next decision they took is of abandoning their dad and leaving home. I'm not saying their dad is very nice or humble human being but he has been good father to them till the time they were with him except for that one incident.

I think Naman and Muskaan should have taken some time before concluding anything. They staying with Singhania's as a family won't be an option which they knew from before. They took such a long time to accept their mother then how can they or even we assume that Singhania's should accept them immediately.

In real life this is how normally people react. It's difficult to accept someone as a family.

natik has always been rude and selfiush, he is yet to apologise to devyani for the miscarriage thing. he is acting like a small minded person.

Based on what I am reading on the forum there seems to be a double standard.
If a man gets remarried the new wife is expected to adjust to new family and accept all of them and her kids will not be allowed to live with her or be welcomed or accepted because it is embarrassing and what will society think. Why isn't the fact Naitik is living whole life in his father's home embarrassing if children living with their mother is? Does anyone see anything wrong with this attitude? I do. It is very small minded way of thinking. Isnt it wrong to deny a mother the right to want to live her own kids? Does she have to choose her husband's family over her own kids.

If I was Devyaani, I wouldn't be so timid and scared.
I would say I have a right to see my children and tell them they are welcome to come anytime because this is their home too. (this is what I hope her husband will tell her)
Fine when she was getting married she didn't have contact with them but now she got a chance to patch up with them. Did she sign a contract that she will never be in touch with her kids.
Ok it takes time for family to adjust but isn't Devyaani adjusting with their ways.

I never understand Natik. I wish Akshara could sit him down and make him understand that Naman and Muskhaan are in the same situation as him. I hate how Natik always think that he is right. When he figures out that he is wrong then he comes crying to Akshara. I think he needs another trip to the jail.
Kudos to Akshara for loving him. You the best Girl!!!! No wonder the Maheswari's always say that "meri beti kitni samajdar hai."
