I am sure everybody knows that there's a fine line of difference in being simple and being monotonous EXCEPT the creative team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
The stage where we could say Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is being simple is gone. I am afraid to say, it has now turned monotonous and that too, big time.
Naksh no longer appears cute to me but highly annoying (no offence to the child actor intented). All these kids-centric tracks are very frankly, hard to bear.
Naitik and Akshara are no longer the USP of the show (hard truth). Since three weeks they're just dilly dallying around. It's not just about romance, let me make it very, very clear. It's about the storyline and the screenplay on the whole.
The show belongs to everybody except Naitik and Akshara.😕
Maheshwari's and Singhaniya's no longer continue to amaze me (in particular) and rather their very presence on screen looks very very forced and if Karan's taking part in Nach Baliye is the reason, the creative team need to find a solution to this ASAP.
However, this absence of Karan is not a valid justification of not showing quality episodes to us, atleast according to me. There have been instances in the past where the leads were unavailable and yet those episodes had a standard. It looks from Karan's tweets that he won't compromise his work as Naitik in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for anything in the world and hence, the creative team should utilise this fine trait of Mr. Mehra to the fullest.
Note to the fellow I-F Members :
It would be highly appreciated if you people do not question my integrity as an avid viewer of the show. You have your own reasons of loving Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and so do I, and hence it would be best for everybody of us to respect each others' views and not jump to conclusions anytime soon.
