I think yes ...... by seeing their interviews and all........may be both of them like each other dont know .........may be thats only an attatchment by working for a long time with each other.......its natural..i dont if any one will agree with me...sorry if i am wrong

i think yes bcozz the sort of deepness nd intensity i feel during their romance is not there wid any other telly jodi.....it doesn;t feel like acting............nd i think she had to supress her feelings seeing karans love 4 nisha............that is why she alwayz prefers to remain alone on d sets...........not at all taking to anybody

this is my person thinking...........nd m pretty sure about it.............i dont know why.......... but i see somthing in her eyes karan😊she tries to hide all her feelings 4 him in her laughter...............but her eyes conveys everything...........kabi notice karna kisi interview mein

i also smetimes thinks hina likes karan but never told him coz he loves some1 else hamesha aap jisji chahte hain woh aapko nahi milta par aapke liya bhi duniye mein koi na koi bana hota hai
