Amee you are absolutly right...the day I saw all those reporters on his bday I was shocked...such events are private and even if he did want to share with the world, I felt it was blown out of proportion....unlike others who started seeing Karan in Naitik, I was a little put off with Karan and hence Naitik...guess thats why I Karan never crossed paths with Naitik in my mind...and all this promotion of the dandiya, his lunch dabba and now his turning vegetatrian....for crying out loud!!!

just like anything else, it will take some time to get over...looking positively maybe Karan is trying to reach out to his fans and we should give him the benefit of doubt and leave it at that...I know I am a total Naitik fan and love his character a lot....Karan has done a good job in bringing Naitik to life excellently in both happy and sad occasions....so hopefully the serial provides us very many good things to see that we are not affected by all these other things...
