One thing that kind of helps me is buttermilk with salt and heeng.

I had severe migraines since college - the frequency and intensity reduced with yoga...now it is very rare...

I used to take a crocin, throw up, apply balm on the forehead and sleep for about an hour or till the pain in gone, whichever is earlier...😆...sleep is important
